Information for Parents

Spring term clubs start week commencing 14th January 2019.

We would like the children to take greater responsibility at Madley so after discussing and agreeing with parents and carers we ask that children let their teacher know which clubs they would like to attend.

As always we expect commitment from children when they enrol for clubs both inside the school day and after school. It is also important that we know which children are travelling home by bus each day.

Could all parents of bus children please notify the office if their child is attending a club and therefore will not be going home on the bus. Equally important, please let the school office know if there is a change to usual collection arrangements.

With effect from 1st September 2018, Alliance in Partnership (AinP) will provide lunches at Madley Primary School.

Parents will receive a menu form via ParentMail giving them a range of menu options to choose from and to make things even easier, parents can pay on line too! Packed lunches are also available, not just for curriculum visits but for every day and taster pots of food will be available for a while to encourage children not taking hot lunches to 'try before they buy!'

If your child has any allergies at all, you will need to complete the allergy form and AinP's nutritionist will make contact with you to discuss all the options available to you.  The carbohydrate form is to be used for children with diabetes.
