Over the last couple of weeks, we have been getting creative with a fun range of art activities.
We have designed our own pizza topping ideas and menus, made lollipop stick bookmarks and have even created some spooky paper pumpkins, bunting, monsters and lanterns too.
After half- term, we will continue to offer exciting art activities that will have a Christmas theme as we move into December.
Last week at after school club, the children had some fun making their own 'pitta pizzas'. They had a choice of toppings and were able to design their own pizza topping combinations. Next time, the children can try making their own pizza dough and we can see which base they prefer.
After half-term, we hope to start baking some tasty treats that the children can enjoy as part of their tea. It will give the children a sense of responsibility and achievement to be in charge of creating their own food.
