The children have access to a variety of spaces throughout the day including at lunch time and break time. These are communal spaces that the children are trusted to use safely and responsibly. Some of these spaces are used as learning spaces too.
The children take an active part in helping to maintain our school demonstrating: care, trust, responsibility aligning with our school culture of "sweeping the sheds". They are proud of our school and enjoy working together across different year groups!
Year 6 have taken responsibility for re-generating parts of our outdoor environment through 'Legacy Projects'. They have carefully planned and designed specific areas around the school thinking of the needs of all the children in school and the best way they to meet their needs. These areas are extremely important to us as they highlight our ethos and culture of "leaving things better than you find them".
