Christmas Hamper Raffle
Dear School families
Sadly we can’t hold our usual Christmas fundraising events this year, but it wouldn’t be a Madley School Christmas without our FANTASTIC annual Christmas Hamper Raffle.
We’re asking each year to donate themed items for this year’s hampers and will be collecting donations on Friday 13th November.
Raffle tickets are £1 each and will come home with children on Monday 23rd November, to be returned to school with payment by Monday 30th November.
The raffle will be drawn and winners announced on Friday 11th December.
We fully appreciate that everyone’s situation is different and any support you are able to give with either hamper donations or by buying raffle tickets will be very much appreciated. There is no obligation to take part.

We are a nut-free school so please ensure that any donations are nut-free, including packaged goods. Please also check that donated items are in date and unopened.
All funds raised will contribute to learning experiences for Madley children. Thank you so much for any support you can give in these challenging times. We are hugely grateful.

PTA meeting notes
Your unstinting help and generosity has enabled us to make 13 large Christmas hampers bursting with luscious festive donations such as biscuits, cake, chocolate, jam, mince pies, wine and much, much more. Our 'Show Stopper' Christmas hamper also contains a meat voucher from Neil Powell and tickets to see this years Pantomime, Peter Pan at the Courtyard Theatre! We look forward to receiving your raffle tickets on Friday 7th December as prizes will be drawn at the Christmas Bazaar on Saturday 8th December.

Our PTA are amazing! They work tirelessly to raise vital funds for Madley School and meet regularly to share new ideas on how best to involve everyone in supporting the school. Everyone is welcome to come along an join the meetings which are all on our website calendar, advertised in our newsletters and texts are sent out too.

School Ruck Sack Order
Madley School PTA have good quality school rucksacks for sale which can be ordered using the 'message' box below. Please let us know your child's name and class and if you would prefer a small rucksack for £10 or a large rucksack for £12. Deliveries will be made to the School Admin Office as soon as possible and you can pay when you collect the goods. Cheques should be made payable to Friends of Madley Primary School. Many thanks.
