There has been a strong focus on the world around us this term. We have enjoyed a visit to Madley Plants, who very kindly donated lots of vegetable seedlings for our new Adventure Garden. We took great care in planting and nurturing these over the term and look forward to harvesting our crops in the early autumn. We learned a lot about how plants grow and what they need to thrive. We enjoyed watering and weeding. We have continued to care for our guinea pigs, Shortcut and Barnaby, as well as taking on some caterpillars to observe and look after. We enjoyed seeing them develop into butterflies and proudly wished them well as we released them into the wild!
